How will my product arrive?

Cherries Online tries to ensure that our fruit reaches you in perfect condition. Cherries have a small shelf life and perish quickly once harvested if not stored in the correct conditions. If they are left out in the heat they will begin to perish far quicker then if they are stored in the cool.

Once you commence to the checkout simply complete the delivery shipping instructions as follows:

  1. Write Care of Post Office followed by the Recipients Name in the shipping address line.
  2. Enter Street name of chosen post office in address line 2.
  3. Continue to enter the following fields with the City, State and Post Code of the chosen post office. 
  4. Continue through the payment details page.

We will contact you by email once your order has been placed to let you know the exact delivery date of your product. Please ensure that you collect your package on the given delivery date.

Do I have to nominate a post office for delivery?

There may be times when you do not want to collect your package from a post office. If for example you are sending a gift to some one else you may want their gift to arrive at their doorstep. If you do not want your product delivered to a post office please complete the delivery shipping instructions as follows:

  1. Please enter the Recipients Name in the shipping address line 1. 
  2. Enter Street name of Recipient in address line 2. 
  3. Continue to enter the following fields with the City, State and Post Code of the recipient.
  4. Continue through the payment details page

Please ensure that there will be somebody at home to collect the parcel if nominating a delivery address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

What is the Delivery Cost?

For orders between 1-50 units the freight cost will be calculated when you enter your order. Please continue to the checkout page for freight cost.

Please contact one of our sales representatives prior to placing your order to discuss delivery to a private business or residential address.

We will quote you a special bulk freight rate which will be invoiced separately once your order has been confirmed.

Your Product will be delivered using refrigerated freight. Cherries have a small shelf life and perish quickly once harvested if not stored in the correct conditions. If they are left out in the heat they will begin to perish far quicker then if they are stored in the cool. For this reason you need to ensure that once your product has been delivered they are stored away from direct heat and sunlight.

When you place your order you will be asked to nominate a delivery date. This date needs to be at least 2 working days later than when you place your order. The date you intend to give these products as gifts is the best date. We can arrange for your product to be delivered at a time that suits yourself.

All of our cherries are covered by our guarantee that should your product reach you in less than perfect condition we will replace the product or provide you with a refund. Please contact a sales representative for further information.
